When you arrive your your pet’s appointment with the veterinarian, please park out front in one of the designated parking spots. There is a sign in front of each parking spot that has a phone number to TEXT (705-321-6010). TEXT your name & your pet’s name along with the parking spot # you are in. We will reply to you within a few minutes!

Online Ordering & Appointment Booking

We are excited to be able to provide our clients with two new easy ways to order your food & prescriptions or book appointments! 

To order food (which includes home delivery, discounts and promotions on foods and certain products), please create an account at  www.myvetstore.ca/odvs . 

To order prescriptions, see your pets’ vaccine status or book a non-sick appointment, please download the app called Pet Page (in the Apple Store or Google Play) and use the email you have on file here to create your account!  

Euthanasia

At this time, during a euthanasia procedure we are allowing 2 family members in the room with your beloved pet. Masks are mandatory. If you do not have your own, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for you. Please call us so we can discuss your individual circumstance and we can work together to make this process as beautiful and peaceful as your pet deserves. 

Curb-side Pick-Up (Food & Prescriptions)

When you arrive to pick up your pre-ordered food or medication, please park out front in one of the designated parking spots. There is a sign in front of each parking spot that has a phone number to TEXT (705-321-6010). TEXT your name, your pet’s name, along with the parking spot # you are in. We will reply to you within a few minutes. 

*Remember: do not arrive until you have been notified that it is ready for pick up. 

If you need to pay debit or cash, text us this when you arrive and we will make special arrangements!
