What To Expect
When you come in for your appointment and check in with our front desk you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous team members. A member of our medical staff will meet you in the lobby and bring you to an examination room where we’ll ask a few questions and measure your pet’s weight – just like when you go for a visit to your doctor!
The veterinarian will then meet you and your pet and spend some time talking with you to address your concerns, recommend additional diagnostic testing if needed, and create your pet’s individual care plan. Our veterinarians will always provide you with a detailed estimate for the services recommended and will work with you to develop the best plan for your family.
Once the tests have been run, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan. This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
The veterinarian or registered veterinary technician will conclude your appointment with detailed treatment instructions in writing and will be available to answer any of your questions. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments. Depending on the reason for your visit, you may expect a follow-up call from one of our staff to get an update on how your pet has been doing since their visit. We are always interested in the progress your pet is making, so please don’t hesitate to call with any questions about their care.
