What to expect during your pet’s Veterinarian Appointment during Covid-19

When you arrive your your pet’s appointment with the Veterinarian, please park out front in one of the designated parking spots. There is a sign in front of each parking spot that has a phone number to TEXT (705-321-6010). TEXT your name and your pet’s name along with the parking spot # you are in. We will reply to you within a few minutes!

*Remember: your dog must be on a leash and your cat must in a carrier!

What you can expect next is a phone call from the Veterinarian to discuss all the information regarding your pet’s appointment with you.

Next, we ask that you please meet our team member at the front door of our clinic. We are allowing ONE person into your pet’s appointment, so please make sure it’s someone who is on your pet’s file and can make medical decisions!

Once your pet is finished with any treatments, snuggles and treats, our team member will direct you outside!
